Narayan Seva Sansthan - In Service of Mankind Since 32 Years

“Service of Humanity is the Service of God”

‘Narayan Seva Sansthan’ an NGO set up in South Rajasthan, Udaipur in 1985 with an aim to help the ‘differently abled’ people. NSS’s journey so far has been very fulfilling and has given us immense pleasure by making lives of other people happy.

With the efforts of 49 branches abroad and 516 branches in India, ‘Narayan SevaSansthan’, to a great extent has been successful  in reducing pain & sufferings of patients suffering from polio, cerebral parsley and those who are ‘deaf & dumb’,  blind, orphaned and mentally retarded people across the globe.

‘NarayanSeva Sansthan’ has made lives of people easier by providing free treatment, lodging & boarding facilities etc. to the ‘differently abled’ patients and their respective attendants at its 1100 bedded hospital situated at Badi which is nearly 15 Kms from Udaipur city. Approximately 400 patients are diagnosed on a daily basis. And those found medically suitable for corrective surgeries are operated on a later date at the organizational hospital in Udaipur. Corrective Surgeries in the range of 80-90 patients are conducted daily. Till date, corrective surgeries of more than 3,03,500  patients suffering from polio (by birth) have been conducted successfully on behalf of the organization since the time of its establishment.  Polio patients making their way to the hospital of the organization crippling on their own legs leave the organization for their destinations walking on their own after their corrective surgeries.

Someone has rightly said  that ‘NSS works differently and it stands differently’ as the chief aim of the organization is to provide various facilities to the ‘differently abled’, poor, helpless and the needy people through its various ‘free of cost’ service activities. This includes training on computer servicing, Computer Hardware Training, Mobile Repairing Training, T.V. repairing, etc. More than 8750 people have been imparted such trainings till date.
